Secure account access

The Client Portal is intended for existing Willway clients. It is not simply a website login: it becomes the private workspace where a client and the Willway team can collaborate after the secure backend is connected.
These are the planned client-facing capabilities from the project brief. Production authentication, permissions, storage and payments will be connected in the Master Panel/backend phase.
Register or receive an invitation, verify the email address, sign in securely, recover access and use two-factor authentication.
See important deadlines, outstanding requests, recent communications, invoices and the current status of finance work.
Upload requested records and download completed documents in organised folders instead of relying only on email attachments.
Send questions to the Willway team, receive replies and keep an accessible communication history against the client account.
View invoices and, once the payment integration is connected, pay through the enabled card or bank-transfer workflow.
See documents or actions requested by the team, due dates, completion status and progress on open items.
Access client resources, FAQs, guides and selected information relevant to the services being delivered.
Raise a support request, track its status and use the planned appointment/scheduling workflow when enabled.
Receive important account, document, task and deadline notifications without needing to search through email threads.
Use the workspace comfortably on phones and tablets with touch-friendly controls and responsive layouts.
Access only the records and actions assigned to the client account through role-based permissions and secure sessions.
The future backend can record relevant login, document, task and communication events for operational accountability.
It gives Willway a secure destination for client collaboration while keeping sensitive documents, invoices and account information away from the public website.
